Entrepreneur · Technical Project Manager · Founder
Lewis Williams (born 12 October 2007) is a British entrepreneur and technical project manager based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. He is the founder of Handover, an AI-powered client reporting platform for managed service providers, which he built while working full time in the IT industry at the age of 18. Williams was accepted into PitchIT 2026, ConnectWise's global accelerator programme for MSP software companies.

Williams began his career in the technology sector at the age of 16, joining Panacea Group, a managed service provider based in the United Kingdom, as a Junior IT Technician. Over the following two years he progressed through the organisation, taking on increasing responsibility across service delivery, infrastructure projects, and technical project management. During this period he led the delivery of a significant networking infrastructure project — one of several initiatives he managed independently within his first two years.
Alongside his employment, Williams developed an interest in the operational challenges facing MSP delivery teams, particularly around client communication and reporting. Observing that engineers routinely spent hours each week producing client updates manually from data already held in their professional services automation platforms, he began building a software solution to address this. The result was Handover, launched in 2026, which connects natively to HaloPSA and ConnectWise and generates professional client-facing outputs in 30 seconds.
Handover is an AI-powered client reporting platform built for managed service providers. The platform connects to HaloPSA and ConnectWise and generates professional client outputs including action logs, risk registers, status reports, QBR packs, and client emails in approximately 30 seconds. Reports can be pushed directly back to the PSA as a ticket note or delivered to clients automatically on a set schedule.
Williams built Handover as a solo founder while working full time as a Technical Project Manager at Panacea Group. The platform launched in 2026 and was listed on both the HaloPSA Technology Alliance Partner marketplace and the ConnectWise marketplace. In the same year, Handover was accepted into PitchIT 2026, ConnectWise's global accelerator programme for MSP software companies, which culminates in a live pitch at IT Nation Connect in Orlando, Florida.
